A Very Special Update

The VAN we ordered back in September, the van so many of you helped fund, the van held up because of supply chain issues...FINALLY ARRIVED last Thursday! Thanks so much to those who put together fundraisers as well as those who donated...thank you from the bottom of our heart. It is a real game changer for Josh. He is so happy!

No sooner did the van arrive that we left for SAN ANTONIO to the VA's Polytrauma Rehabilitation Center. Josh will have the first of three surgeries to help address function in his arms. The first surgery takes place tomorrow morning and will take most of the day. Please say a prayer for steady hands for the doctors and Josh's recovery following the surgery. They anticipate him being uncomfortable and possibly a lot of pain. Regardless, Josh is so pumped to finally be getting this issue addressed.

Many of you have asked about our progress with the PARAMOUNT DOCUMENTARY. Garrett Hubbard, the documentary's Director, and I have had several meetings with potential corporate sponsors and foundations. Getting the funds secured is essential to the production and release of the documentary. Things are coming together! Garrett is incredible and has some really exciting and inspiring footage.
